1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Liberators OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Liberators OS is an AI agent management platform that allows users to create, configure, and deploy custom AI agents using multiple AI providers. The Platform provides tools for knowledge base management, team orchestration, embeddable chat widgets, and related services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Use the Platform to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Platform without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

5. AI Provider Terms

The Platform integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of AI features is also subject to the respective terms of service of these providers. You are responsible for providing your own API keys and complying with provider usage policies.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including documents, knowledge bases, and agent configurations. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, features, and functionality are owned by Liberators OS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written permission.

8. Payment Terms

Certain features may require payment. All fees are specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are governed by the specific plan terms at the time of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
